Lilibeth Watson

Lilibeth Flores (Watson) is a Project Manager at the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences and the Institute for Health & Aging at UCSF School of Nursing. She has a BA in psychology from the California State University San Marcos and is currently a master’s student at San Diego State University. Lilibeth joined UCSF as a research associate in 2015 and has held various roles within multiple research projects. Her current work includes studying programs aimed at increasing the representation of Indigenous people in the STEM field workforce and education. Her present research interests include issues of diversity and equity in higher education, culture, identity, motivation, stereotypes and prejudice, and intergroup relationships.
