On Lok

On Lok has been a vital partner in advancing innovative models of care for older adults in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through collaborative projects like Club 75, On Lok has worked to design and evaluate community day programs tailored to LGBTQ+ older adults. Their commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments ensures that diverse populations receive high-quality, person-centered care.
